Instructor Resume: Teresa Wilde is the Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist (CORPS) for the US Department of Labor - Wage and Hour Division?s (WHD) Salt Lake District Office. A key component of the CORPS position is to assist employers in understanding their obligations and responsibilities under Wage and Hour laws. Teresa worked in criminal law enforcement before accepting a position with the Wage and Hour Division as an investigator in 2000. After pursuing an opportunity with the USDA, including outreach and education, civil rights, and administrative operations, Teresa re-joined the Wage Hour team in 2014. Teresa attended the University of Utah earning a Bachelor?s Degree in Sociology and Criminology and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. Teresa?s personal interests include music, gardening, food and nutrition, and hiking.
