Will cover the why of risk management and what can be done to mitigate risk on the construction site. The discussion will cover some programs and procedures that have been successful and APi Group, including STEPS, Commitment to ZERO, Don?t work on live systems, Job site audits, Annual training, and Daily huddle. |
