Carl started in the appraisal industry in 2004 in Utah and Salt Lake Counties then he moved to St. George in 2006. He and Nick Lyman started R1 Appraisals in March of 2008. He has served on the MLS board for the Washington County Board of Realtors and has also served on the Signage Committee for the Parade of Homes. |
