His construction financing expertise is in residential mortgages i.e. vertical construction, acquisition & development, and lot financing. He was born in Murry, UT and attended college in So. California. Married for 22 years and four awesome kids. Spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing and hunting is what he enjoys most.

Instructor Resume: Carl Wright was born and raised in Orem, Utah. He grew up around the construction industry and learned the concrete trade. He worked for Q Concrete for 10 years. Carl started in the appraisal industry in 2004 in Utah and Salt Lake Counties then he moved to St. George in 2006. He and Nick Lyman started R1 Appraisals in March of 2008. He has served on the MLS board for the Washington County Board of Realtors and has also served on the Signage Committee for the Parade of Homes.
