Method of Presentation Laptop computer using PowerPoint slides; Document Reader, Flip charts; Whiteboard; Lecture, practical illustrations, calculations and written problems/examples. Books which may be used include the 2017 National Electrical Code, Analysis of the 2017 National Electrical Code and others. Notepads, pens, pencils, highlighters included. Objective To provide and understanding of the 2017 National Electrical Code. This class will each the students how to properly use the 2017 NEC; how to size conductors for specific applications; how to correctly select overcurrent devices; how to correctly specify and select raceways; how to use the NEC in practical applications in the workplace.
