Kelsey Christiansen
Kelsey is Summit County’s Storm Water Manager. Kelsey earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Western Washington University. Kelsey has spent seven years working in storm water, having spent time as a project manager, environmental specialist is consulting firms specializing in storm water across the west. Kelsey has been with Summit County for four years and has been actively engaging in managing the complex requirements of being an MS4.
