Irene Li is the West Region (Region 5) Technical Director with the Concrete Masonry Checkoff’s Block Design Collective. She leads West Coast design support for architects, engineers, and contractors. A structural engineer by training, she focuses on resilient solutions for seismic, wildfire, and climate challenges. She holds an MS in Structural Engineering & Geomechanics from Stanford University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.
