Steve Clement is a Quality Assurance manager at SK Materials.  He received his B.S. from California State University, Sacramento.   He went on to attain certifications in asphalt, concrete and soils from noted establishments such as NICET, American Concrete Institute, Cal Trans, and UDOT.  When he’s not counting rocks, he spends his time working wood with traditional hand tools.  After fifteen years in the testing field, he in now embarking on a new concept of providing portable labs that test on site.
