Business entity information is divided into three lists. These lists can be joined together by the Entity ID field in each list.

• Sheet 1 BUSENTITY(E) - This file contains: Entity Number, Entity ID, Entity Type, License Type, Business Name, Address, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Registration Date, Expiration Date, Home State, License Status, Status Reason, Date Status Changed, Last Renewal Date, Applicant Name, NAICS Code.
• Sheet 2 BUSINFO(I) - This file contains: Entity ID, Entity Type, License Type, Business Name, Information Type, Information.
• Sheet 3 PRINCIPAL(P) - This file contains: Entity ID, Entity Type, License Type, Business Name, Member Position, Full name, Address, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code.
