Why am I getting a "file cannot be found" message when trying to download my temporary registration?
This is often a result of using a less common or outdated browser that is not compatible with our secure registration documents. If you are receiving a "file cannot be found" message, please try an alternative browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. After downloading an alternative browser, re-submit your login information at http://renewalexpress.utah.gov. The system will present the final confirmation screen, where you can successfully download your temporary registration.
