I have not yet received my registration and decal in the mail, what should I do?

Normally, you will receive your registration and decal by mail within 15 days of submitting payment. If you have not received your registration and decal by that time, contact the DMV directly at 801-297-7780, or 800-368-8824 or visit a DMV office. You can find a list of DMV offices at http://dmv.utah.gov/contact/offices
