Once a renewal and payment are successful, with the exception of watercraft and ATVs, you can access your temporary registration and confirmation page for up to six months after renewal. To do so, visit http://renewalexpress.utah.gov, click "Renew Your Registration" and re-enter your login information. The system will see that you've paid and produce the confirmation screen with a "Download Temporary Registration" button.
