Can I register to vote if I don't have a Utah Driver License?
If you have a currently valid Utah driver license or ID card, you can register to vote online at https://secure.utah.gov/voterreg/index.html. If you do not have a Utah Driver License or Utah ID, please use this form: http://vote.utah.gov/register-to-vote/by-mail/. Voter registration forms should be sent to your respective county clerk's office. A list of county clerk addresses can be found at http://vote.utah.gov/county-clerk/.
