Getting started is easy
Step 1: Create and Activate your Account
Our simple account creation process will only take a minute. Set up your login credentials and then activate your account by simply clicking a link in the activation email sent to the email associated with your new account.
Step 2: Request Approval
Logging into your newly created account will allow you to request approval from the Office of Vital records. The process is entirely online, so it is quick and easy.Request Approval
Step 3: Get Down to Business
Now that you have been approved, you can submit records requests online. If you are interested in paying for your requested certificates monthly, you can sign up to be a subscriber.
