Instructor Resume: Don Reynolds is the President of accenaGroup - Utah Stormwater Compliance Experts. Mr. Reynolds has trained at CASQA-California Stormwater Quality Association, APWA Fall Conference and stormwater Expo, Utah County Stormwater calition annual stormwater training, and with Holland and Hart's Seaker Series. Don is a member of USWAC and served as the first Chaiman of the post construction subcommittee. Don has also worked as a consultant on an EPA Consent Decree. Don applies much of his knowledge and expertise developing software to solve the compliance demands of stormwater regulations.
