Who needs Builder Risk Insurance-Misconceptions regarding Builder Risk Insurance-Types of Builders Risk Policies Available-Who should purchase the Builder Risk Insurance-Owner or Builder 3. FLSA, Unemployment, I-9 4. Present a Professional Contract and live by it; Know Construction Law and use it; Create a Culture of Communication throughout the project; Maintain Candor of Costs with regular and prompt Invoicing; Lead out in the Client Relationship showing good reason to trust your good judgment. The Course will include a brief review of critical Utah Code provisions: §13-8-1 et seq (Unenforceable Agreements); §58-55-601, 603 (Construction Trades Act); §38-1A-1 et seq (Lien Act); 78B-4-513 (Defective Construction); §38-11-402 (Residence Lien Recovery Act); §78B-2-225 (Statute of Limitations).
