Builders will learn the advantages and disadvantages of using reverse mortgage financing, how to qualify clients, financing price points, and the top ten myths about reverse mortgage lending.

Instructor Resume: Jeff Adams is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive background in business management, finance and real estate. He has been in the mortgage profession since 2009 and is currently a Reverse Mortgage Specialist with Veritas Funding where he educates clients, realtors and builders about the advantages and disadvantages or reverse mortgages. Jeff received BA in business management from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Marriot School of Management at BYU. While in college Jeff was a successful was a real estate agent and has had a passion for real estate ever since. Upon graduation, he began a broad career in corporate management and finance. His experience includes mid-level and senior management positions in Fortune 500 companies such as Kimberly Clark and Intel. He has also served in senior management positions in large professional partnerships. Jeff and his wife, Celeste, moved their family to St. George in 2005 when he became the Chief Operating Officer of Split Rock Development. They quickly fell in love with the area and decided this is where they wanted to retire. In 2009 Jeff became a partner in Mortgage Authority of Utah. In 2016, he and his partner joined Veritas Funding to better meet their client?s needs.
