He serves on several advisory Boards including the U of U Hospital Administration Board, the Hale Centre Theatre Board and is an Honorary Colonel with the Sandy City Police. Lyle?s project experience includes The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium and the LDS Business College Addition. Lance Smith Lance has been designing mechanical systems for 17 years and has been integral to the design of three recent performing arts centers in Salt Lake, The Ballet West Capitol Theater, Utah Performing Arts Center and the George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles
