Critical Path Method (CPM) teaches profitability, stress reduction & project mgmt. CPM identifies the impact of activities on project timeline, proceeding activities & which to conduct concurrently.
Learning outcomes:
1. Identify and sequence specific activities required to build a project
2. Create activities using the activity box model
3. Establish the duration for each project activity
4. Arrange activity boxes in a network schedule showing lines of dependency
5. Evaluate the project schedule and identify a path of critical activities
6. Adjust the project schedule as needed |
