Course Outline & Objectives: | Moderated panel discussion will offer a clear picture on how four contractors in different markets, with different company sizes, have been able to adapt and improve during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Each contractor will share their firsthand experiences, what they have learned, how their leadership styles have changed to meet recent challenges, and most importantly, what new opportunities they have found.
How remote working and overall staff communications and productivity have changed and evolved. |

SCI is a straight line sheet metal company, specializing in the fabrication and installation of HVAC systems for hospitals, schools, higher education, o?ce buildings, and collection systems. SCI employs, on average, 40 union sheet metal workers.
Incorporated in 1878, SCI is one of the oldest construction companies in the nation. Chad graduated with a BS in Construction Management from BYU, and is a third generation owner, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.
