Ryan works for T-O engineers in Heber city where he manages the municipal division in addition to serving as a project manager and city engineer for a variety of cities and counties and is responsible for storm water designs, design review, construction as well as MS4 compliance. Ryan is the current committee chair for the UCEA stormwater sub-committee and is working with the committee members to develop standards and details cities can use to guide low impact development. |
