It explores what types of records are required, the length of time they must be stored and effective solutions for accomplishing this goal. It identifies useful cash flow techniques. Points out pit falls, and dangers associated with improper cash management, and offers strategies for good cash management.
A review of the Plumbing codes with specific focus on the Significant changes to the 2021 IRC, plumbing, mechanical, fuel gas and Energy codes. Review of 2010 ADA requirements. Understanding Government Regulation, Licensing and Renewal requirements.
Risk Management principles are addressed and how to get your insurance to pay for your safety budget.
