| Course Outline & Objectives: | This course was developed to take the student from the beginning basics or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to the advanced topics through the use of classroom lecture to hands on lab and programming of PLC's. The goals of the course will be the introduction to PLC's, design of systems, comparing tradtional motor control to programmable logic controllers and applying wiring diagrams to PLC programming. Level 3 also covers the identification, application and intergration of Programmable Logic Controllers. |
