OBJECTIVE
To obtain a position where I can share my vast knowledge of the electrical field with students who want to expand their minds and learn one of the greatest trades in the construction field.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Results-oriented, high-energy, hands-on professional with a successful record of accomplishments in the electrical field. Experience in project managing, estimating, material evaluation, targeted deadlines and labor control. I hold current Master Electrician Licenses in 10 states and Journeyman Electrical Licenses in 4 others.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
CLP - Wyoming Master Electrician.
Help apprentices enroll into apprenticeship and document hours. Ensure CLP follows guidelines set forth by the State of Wyoming. Help lead apprentices through the process of schooling.
Electrical Consultant – ALU 2008 to 2014.
I research local codes that might be different from the national electrical code and upon finding more stringent local codes I write up a report to share with all the local installers. I also field calls from installers that have questions on the electrical install they are working on. Occasionally I travel to sites to teach code updates.
Instructor – Lightwave Learning 2012 to Present.
Author and helped implement code update classes for continuing education. Also created an exam prep course that I teach to students whom want to further their education and career.
Owner - Argonaut Contractors, LLC 2002 to 2008
Successfully ran and operated a small electrical contracting business. I worked with the tools as well as in the office estimating and project managing. At the peak of the business I was overseeing a crew of seven and project managing over five-hundred-thousand dollars worth of work. Some of that work included Rebuilding Centers two new buildings, Countrywide’s, Hollywood video, Pizza Schmizza, Clatskanie Schools, American Red Cross, HVAC controls for Lewis and Clarks Social Science Building and Estacada Schools. I have extensive experience working with non union and union electricians and am very comfortable working in either a union or non-union environment.
Strength in commercial retail and office space, some experience in fire alarms, paint booths and HVAC controls.
Project size ranged from $6,000 to $500,000
Service Electrician – Hughes Electric, 2002
I ran a project in downtown Portland, OR in the Justice Center. The job included demo of quarter of the third floor and then rough it back in for new office space. Also tied electrical system back in with the emergency system on the seventh floor. The project cost was near six-hundred thousand and I was directing six electricians.
Service Manager – NWES, Hillsboro, Oregon, 1999 to 2002
Upon my appointment into the position I helped implement new S.O.P. and safety regulations for the new service department in a fast growing company. I devised and executed strategies for growth of the clientele and the department in whole. Supervised 6 employees. Type of work we performed included residential, commercial and light industrial. Project size ranged from very small up to $90,000.
Apprentice, Boones Ferry Electric, Wilsonville, Oregon 1995 to 1999
I helped journeyman electricians with daily tasks to complete the job in an efficient manner. Some of the projects I was able to work on included commercial T.I.s, retail, office, and some industrial, and residential projects.
