The project cost was near six-hundred thousand and I was directing six electricians. Service Manager NWES, Hillsboro, Oregon, 1999 to 2002 Upon my appointment into the position I helped implement new S.O.P. and safety regulations for the new service department in a fast growing company. I devised and executed strategies for growth of the clientele and the department in whole; Supervised 6 employees. Type of work we performed included residential, commercial and light industrial. Project size ranged from very small up to $90,000.
