Come to this session to learn: - How to choose the communication method that is best suited for the relationship, situation, and what you want to accomplish. - Why communication is the basis for developing and nurturing relationships. - Tips on how to make email professional, brief, and compelling. - Why your voicemail is important and how to answer your phone professionally. - How and why to draft and practice your 2-minute elevator speech.
