Louie has over 9 years in adult education. two years with ABC teaching safety and NCCER material and for nine years before that, running the simulator program for Union Pacific Railroad. He has engaged in compliance and instruction for NCCER as a master trainer. He has been a crucial part of developing and deploying measurable safety programs to various organizations as well as educating on risk assessment and mitigation. Louie is Red Cross First Aid and CPR instructor qualified for both adult and infant as well as wilderness first aid instructor.
