| Course Outline & Objectives: | This eight hour course (4 Core Credit Hours/4 Professional Credit Hours) meets the Utah requirement for licensed electricians continuing education credits. This course will refresh workers about NFPA 70E, A National Fire Protection Association standard in place to protect them from the dangers of electricity. During this course, attendees will review safe work practices to mitigate the hazards identified in every day electrical overcurrent device equipment, create awareness of the potential hazards, and describe workable solutions by which these hazards can be controlled, minimized, or eliminated. |
