Instructor Resume: After obtaining a Master Plumbing license in the state of Oklahoma in 2001, I began a residential and commercial plumbing business that spanned multiple states and ran multi-million operations and jobs. As CEO of the CTR Plumbing Services LLC, I performed all the hiring, financial, and advertisement of the operations, while also managing jobs and organizing teams of plumbers. These jobs included bidding, scheduling, material acquisition, installing utilities and certified medical gas, and ground-up plumbing. My bachelor?s in human resources assisted me in running teams of plumbers that operated across the state and into Arkansas, where I gained an additional master?s plumbing license. Training and assisting new plumbers have always been a passion, and I often took apprentice plumbers and helped them gain a masters license. I began teaching at Mountainland Technical College January 2020 teaching 4th year plumbing students and look forward to helping more individuals gain their confidence and skills to be successful.
