This class's objective is to provide greater understanding of leadership and project management skills to anyone in a leadership position in the construction industry.
Description:
This class is designed to inform, inspire and encourage leaders in business. Discussions include topics necessary to successful employee management including hiring processes, documentation, handbooks and manuals, employee motivation, and safety management. Additional discussions centered on project management include scheduling, communication, leadership skills, and other controls to enable successful projects.
