The primary aim of this two hour recertification is to keep practitioners current with UDOTs Partnering Standards. Participants revisit the programs core values; trust, fairness and teamwork; while sharpening their use of communication plans, risk registers and issue resolution ladders. By reviewing lessons learned since their initial certification, attendees reinforce the behaviors and tools that make collaborative projects delivery successful.
Equally important, the class provides a hands on forum to practice those skills. Through scenario role plays, learners step into unfamiliar stakeholder roles, negotiate solutions and receive peer feedback, translating theory into actionable habits. The session concludes with each person drafting a personal partnering commitment, ensuring that the refreshed knowledge translates into measurable improvements on future UDOT projects |
