Etien Frett is a licensed civil engineer with over 29 years of experience in concrete restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, and protective systems. He currently leads business development efforts for Euclid Chemical in the Western U.S. Previously, he held senior roles at Walter P Moore, MAPEI, Simpson Strong‑Tie, BASF, and Sika. Etien holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is active in ACI and ICRI committees and is a frequent presenter on concrete repair technologies. |
