Warren Barlow is a master electrician and an OSHA Authorized Instructor for the OSHA Outreach Training Program. He is a Mike Holt Enterprises Qualified Electrician Instructor Trainer.
Teaching Experience
Warren has taught hundreds of classes ranging from CPR/First Aid, firefighting, emergency medical technicians and paramedics, to electrical apprenticeship programs. He is a Mike Holt Enterprises qualified Instructor Trainer in the electrical trades.
He began his teaching career in 1996 as adjunct faculty for Dixie College, now Utah Tech University. He continued as adjunct faculty with Dixie State, Utah Valley University's Utah Fire and Rescue Academy, Mohave Community College, and Dixie Applied Technical College.
Warren has also been a certified EMS instructor with the Utah State Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.
Construction and Electrical Experience
Warren began his construction career in 1993 and has worked in various trades, primarily in the electrical trade. He is a licensed master electrician in Colorado and a licensed journeyman electrician in Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming.
Emergency Response Background
Warren has over 25 years of experience as an emergency responder, working as a wildland firefighter, structural firefighter, technical rescue technician, and was a member of the Southwest Regional Response Team as a Hazmat Technician. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and has been involved in Local Emergency Planning Committees, Emergency Communication, and Emergency Management.
