| Course Outline & Objectives: | This course will explain how life experiences affect our mental health and what we can do daily to empower and improve our mental health. As part of this presentation, Dr. Kane will discuss the trauma connection as well as explain the resiliency question. Are we really less resilient today? Most importantly, we will also discuss what to do if you have an employee, coworker, friend, or family member expressing suicidal thoughts or in need of mental health support. |
