| Course Outline & Objectives: | Course Description The course provides guidelines for cost estimators of electrical construction projects, and a look at cost estimating as a career in general but with specific emphasis on estimating with the NEC by using the code book to assist in the design and estimating of systems. In addition, it provides electrical project and construction managers and superintendents valuable cost estimating knowledge.
Course Objectives At the completion of this course, students will know fundamentals through advanced techniques used by cost estimators on electrical construction projects. They will also become more familiar with developing cost estimates and submitting bids.
