Course Outline & Objectives:In this course, we are going to look at what makes up the total cost of the labor hour and those items you may not see regularly. These include benefits, taxes, insurance, and training for employees who are directly involved. We will also discuss crew cost and how it applies to total man-hours. Lastly, we will discuss productivity and the success of a project.
