Instructor Resume: Cody Wilson is a shareholder at Babcock Scott & Babcock, PC in Salt Lake City, Utah, and concentrates his practice in the area of construction law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Wilson worked in construction and his experience ranged from trade work to project management and from residential to complex commercial projets. Cody received a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Washburn University. He is admitted to practice before all Utah state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Cody is a board member of both the Utah Steel Fabricators Association and the Intermountain Electrical Association.
