| Instructor Resume: | Ryan Skidmore is the Director of Quality for West Region of Quikrete Ready-Mix. He earned his bachelor's degree in Chemical and Fuels Engineering from the University of Utah. Ryan has over 27 years of experience in the construction materials industry between cement manufacturing and ready-mixed concrete production. His roles have included Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Quality Manager. Ryan's experience includes a wide variety of projects and challenging specifications in residential, commercial, and public construction projects. In all his endeavors, the most interesting and rewarding have been in designing and optimizing concrete mix designs. Among the most challenging and rewarding projects in which he has been a part have been the Salt Lake City International Airport and the many UDOT bridges.
