How It Works
Create a Utah.gov Account
The State of Utah requires every organization involved in the retrieval or monitoring of Utah DHRs to create a Utah.gov account. Login or create a Utah.gov Account to setup your credentials for logging into these services.
Fill out Business Profile
Enter information about your business to complete your profile. Once you've submitted your information and agreed to the State of Utah's Terms and Conditions, your request for access to our services will be sent to the Utah DLD for review and approval. Every organization involved in the retrieving or monitoring Utah DHRs is required to be accounted for in our system.
Setup Vendor Accounts
Once approved, you can setup relationships to any vendors and/or sub-vendors you work with to receive Utah driver history records or monitor drivers. Now you can begin using DHR Services!
