The Registered Principal Search queries the Division of Corporation's database for businesses associated with an individual. In order to conduct a Registered Principal Search you must have the name of the registered principal. If you wish to search for principals by a business name, you will need to search using the Business Entity Search.
Search Criteria and Features
- Search using at least the first 2 letters of the Registered Principal's name
The list returned will specify name, address, associated business entity, type of entity and position held. You may also view "Details" of the associated business entity. There are no additional charges to view individual business entity details returned in your list.
You will be assessed $3.00 for each Registered Principal Search regardless of the number of records found. This can be paid by using a credit card or a Utah.gov Subscriber account. You will only be able to access this information once per payment.
