| Instructor Resume: | Michael has dedicated his legal career to assisting employers seeking to navigate the maze of state and federal regulations governing their employees. After graduating from law school, Michael practiced management-side labor and employment law at the prestigious labor and employment boutique of Kamer Zucker & Abbott in Las Vegas, Nevada. He joined Callister Nebeker & McCullough to help build the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Area, which he now co-chairs.
A healthy portion of Michael's practice is dedicated to compliance.
