After practicing in San Diego, David decided it was time to come home to Southern Utah. His practice areas include commercial litigation and estate planning. His commercial litigation practice includes, construction defect defense, construction law, mechanic?s liens, contract litigation, collections law, civil litigation, general real estate, real estate development, real estate disputes, real estate transactions, real estate foreclosures, banking, arbitrations and mediations.
