Instructor Resume: Keith Barnett is the newest trainer for the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), but he has lots of experience in the construction industry. Barnett has been working in and around the tile trade for most of his life. Barnett works in the Northern California market as a general contractor and a C54 tile and stone contractor. Barnett is certified by the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation as a certified tile installer (CTI). When not running his business or training for the NTCA, Barnett spends time with his family camping or hiking. In the little free time there is, Barnett trains and competes in jiu jitsu tournaments.

Instructor Resume: Randy Fleming is starting his 5th year as a trainer for the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA). Fleming also still works for NTCA member J.D. Ballard and Sons in Fresno, CA. He has been with them since 1979. After starting as a helper, 4 years later he became a tile setter apprentice. Currently, Fleming is a foreman for them and has the responsibility running a wide variety of large commercial projects. Over his career, Fleming has trained over 15 apprentices who have went on to become contractors or foremen and have made tile their profession. In his spare time, Fleming enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.

Instructor Resume: Robb Roderick has been a technical trainer for the National Tile Contractors Association since 2017. He has been in the tile industry for over 30 years including as a tile setter and business owner. During that time he worked with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior design professionals, on projects in both residential, and commercial settings and was a member of the NTCA for several years. Roderick is certified by the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation as a certified tile installer (CTI). He earned a bachelor of science from Missouri State University in 2000. Roderick also served in the United States Army as a medic. Roderick travels throughout the United States giving educational programs and workshops and when not on the road he is in Springfield MO spending time with family and hunting.
