| Course Outline & Objectives: | Course Description: Learn about the goal of advancing energy efficiency and improving compliance with the current IECC residential and commercial energy code, as adopted by the state of Utah. Learn about the requirements for builders and their sub-contractors under the Current Utah International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and the Building Science to Improve current buildings.

As the Environmental & Sustainability Manager with McStain Neighborhoods in Boulder, CO, Justin was a key player in designing and developing several of the first production net-zero homes in the US.
