Course Outline & Objectives:Protect the profits you work for by understanding the law and the language that will help protect you, your business, your sanity, and help guarantee you get paid for your work. From bidding to completion, learn what you need to know, what you need to have, and what you need to avoid. Nothing will protect profits like a good contract and accurate documentation. Learn what records to keep, what to include in your contract, and how to document your work. Plan to come away with a solid understanding of how to protect your profits.
