Course Outline & Objectives: | Course Description
For construction firms to thrive, synergy, teamwork and trust must exist between the office and the field. The proper deployment of defined processes and tools will facilitate this c1itical alignment. This collaboration must begin before mobilization and continue through project closeout. During this session, we will discuss the workflow that must exist in order to mitigate risk and maximize productivity. During this session, we will discuss why the processes of preconstrnction planning, short interval planning, production tracking, daily project reports, exit strategy, and lessons learned are critical to the organization. We will also discuss what the benefits are for each member of the team, and how these processes can be properly implemented.

Having over 20 years experience, Shaabini has faced and conquered many difficult situations to a successful conclusion, specifically in jobsite crisis management, contract terms and conditions, and legal negotitions in multi-million dollar change order settlements. She is an Operations expert and enjoys analyzing current business processes for areas of improvement and opportunity, such as: procurement, detailing, fabrication, field engagement, risk mitigation and team dynamics. She is skilled in building highly effective teams and improving their performance by documenting SOPs for precise and repeatable execution of work. She enjoys the challenge of taking on ugly projects and leading the project team to a successful and profitable end.
