He currently serves as a Project Manager, where he oversees electrical projects, coordinates field operations, manages project requirements, and helps ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. As a business owner, he also brings experience in leadership, planning, project execution, and electrical contracting operations. Teaching Experience Ephraim is an instructor in the Expect Excellence Apprenticeship Program.
