If you are an iOS user, follow these steps to reduce the file size to be able to upload your photos:

1. If you have not taken the photo yet, open up the Camera app and take your photo.
2. Tap on "Choose File".
3. Tap on "Photo Library".
4. Before selecting your photo, in the lower-left corner, tap on "Options".
5. Under "Size", select "Large", "Medium", or "Small".
6. Select your photo. The file size shouold now be small enough to upload.

Android Tips

For Android, reducing your file size is dependent on several factors, including which vendor and which OS version you are running. Some vendors, like Samsung, allow you to reduce the photo size in their respective photos app. However, there are numerous apps, both on Android and on the web, that can reduce file sizes. Searching for "photo compressor" or "photo resizer" will return services that can reduce the photo file size for you.
