The remaining three hours will address legal and business issues commonly encountered by contractors, including the contracting process, responding to non-payment, determining when and how to work with an attorney, and preparing for potential court proceedings. Participants will learn practical steps for reducing risk, documenting their work, protecting their right to payment, and responding effectively when disputes arise. |
